Step into paradise at this beautifully remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom West Maui oceanfront condo. Just steps from the water, this truly exceptional suite offers spectacular unobstructed ocean and sunset views from the lanai and living room --- the perfect spot for whale watching and taking in the tropical blue hues of the Pacific Ocean. Unit 613 and it's sister condo next door (unit 614) have the BEST OCEAN VIEWS at the Kuleana Resort. This condo is a 2nd floor unit in a 3-story building and features ALL NEW gorgeous stainless steel appliances, beautiful wood cabinets, granite counter tops and tile floors! The fully appointed kitchen is impeccably clean and fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and stemware for all of your cooking and entertaining needs. The bathroom features all new tile throughout as well as a new granite vanity, sink, new clear glass shower partition and new mirrored closet doors (in both the bathroom and bedroom)! The master bedroom is AIR-CONDITIONED and has a comfortable king size bed and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. The unit is decorated with high-end art and decorations. The private lanai has unsurpassed views of Lanai and Molokai and features bamboo drapes for sun protection in the afternoon. The condo is perfect for honeymooners or family fun with the condo next door!

Kuleana resort is impeccably landscaped and maintained in a peaceful and quiet setting. There is a beautiful oceanfront lawn and, at times, a small sandy beach on either side of the condo for easy access water. From here, you can snorkel, paddleboard, surf, kayak or swim.

Directly in front of the condo is a lawn area and beautiful rocky lava reef with a ladder to enter the water to snorkel and be amazed by the various types of sea life. Tropical gardens surround the large heated pool, tennis court, shuffle board area, putting green, and outdoor barbecue grills. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind, unlike larger hectic resorts.

NO SMOKING IN CONDO OR LANAIS. The state of Hawaii has a strict no smoking ordinance. Smoking allowed only in designated areas. Fines and extra cleaning are enforced.

Scenic Location on West Maui

"It’s been years since we stayed at the Kuleana and were pleasantly surprised with the updated unit and beautiful landscape at this location. We explored the beach out front and enjoyed snorkeling and cooling off in the ocean. Pool was pristine and refreshing to take an evening swim
The views from the unit were amazing, the living space was nicely arranged and furnishings were clean and modern. Shower was great and we really enjoyed an air conditioned bedroom! We much prefer a smaller resort rather than a mega hotel where you have to pay extra for parking and then have to wander through lobbies and elevators to get to your room. The Kuleana was perfect for our tropical home away from home!!

Views to Die for, sound proof walls

"Me and my wife stayed here for the better part of a week and what a stay! To start, the property manager with Epic made EVERYTHING so easy. All our details were in an email and tye check in instructions took away the stress of checking in. To start with the room, the views beat many that I've seen in Hawaii and I've lived here my whole life. Not often do you get to wake up to the relaxing lapping ocean (if you left the slider open) or get the perspective view of maui, Lanai AND molokai. At night we watched trucks run the mountain back roads on lanai, In the dark midst of the island it looked like UFO's lol. During dinner we saw small little fire works shows from Molokai, nice a nice cap on our nights as we saw them regularly. Day or night the views alone were worth the money! The AC kicked but too, even on the very hot days we were very comfortable. We also made food the entire time we were there and the kitchen was well suited for all our needs. Lastly the staff there were very nice. The grounds keepers always gave us a smile while passing and the front desk lady was the Sweetest. She buzzed us in about 20 times during our grocery hauls and was helpful with the parking situation. We will be staying here again, for sure!

Wonderful return to Maui

"Knowing the area well, it was exactly what we had hoped for. A cozy little suite with spectacular view and wonderful location. Unfortunately there is very little beach at the moment, but that’s the shifting sand and winter storm’s fault, not the complex’s. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and the staff were terrific. It was exactly what we wanted.

"Our entire stay on Maui was fabulous thanks in part to the excellent team at Epic Realty. We discovered when we signed the contract for our stay that the team at Epic was focused on customer service which remained consistent throughout our stay. The Kuleana #613 unit was exceptionally well appointed with everything we needed. The location was ideal with easy access to all resort amenities. We would highly recommend this property to friends and family. In addition the location was central to all the attraction in Lahaina and Napili with the Maui bus stopping right at the property.Thank you to Epic Realty for allowing us to capture a relaxing time in paradise.
