Stunning lanai stretching the entire width of the villa while listening to peaceful sounds of Hawaiian song birds and enjoying the great views overlooking the world famous Kapalua golf course. Kapalua Bay Golf Villa is within walking distance to Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, the Bay Course, and is also adjacent to some of the best walking and hiking trails on the island. All guests are entitled use of the resorts 3 swimming pools, and free door to door shuttle service anywhere within Kapalua, including nearby beaches, shops, and restaurants. Nearby tennis courts that can be reserved for a fee. The amazing Kapalua Golf Villa comes with secure Wi-Fi /internet/cable, dedicated free parking space, and washer and dryer.

March at Kapalua

We stayed at the Golf Villas for 10 days. Friends were at the Bay Villas. The Golf Villas are a better location, as it is much less windy, and stays warm in to the evening. Villa 14-T1 is in a great location, well updated and supplied, and very comfortable.

Wonderful condo

PROS: Very nice and clean condo. Larger than expected and accommodated 2 adults and 2 children. Very well stocked. Fast wifi and 2 A/C's can freeze you if you like. Great location and quiet. Property manager very helpful and responsive. Ground level (1 unit above and 1 below) for easy entry and covered parking spot dedicated for this unit. Really a wonderful place to stay and we hope to return again.

CONS: VERY LITTLE. Carpeting has some stains and ripples. Patio door from living room did not lock (but was high enough not a safety concern). Both toilet seats old and loose. Location is not as shown on VRBO (entirely different area within Kapalua) and even different than shown on booking confirmation. These are all very minor issues and for the property manager's consideration only.

Spring Break 2021

The rental was phenomenal for the entirety of our stay! I’ve been here before with just my girlfriend and the condo was wonderful and this time, with us being 4 people, it was still just as accommodating. The view was beautiful, the weather was perfect, and it had everything we needed. 5/5 stars!

Kapalua Golf Villa 14T

We have stayed in many other Kapalua Golf Villas before this trip. That being said, this is a nice unit for 2-3 people. It is very clean, updated nicely, has very nice towels, sheets, and basic equipment in the kitchen to cook a meal if so inclined. There are beach items etc. The location is nice, it was very quiet and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. However, we twice experienced electrical issues with the blowing of kitchen fuses and the difficulty of opening the bedroom sliding glass door to the patio. Kitchen issues were irritating as we were in the middle of fixing breakfast which was partly cooked and unable to eat with no power to finish cooking. Apparently this fuse issue had happened before our stay and had not been totally resolved before we came. We were told after the second time that we could not used the microwave AND the toaster oven at the same time. The repairs took place that same day, within a 2 hour time limit. Meanwhile, we went out for breakfast. Finally, one has to remember that these units are about 15 +years old and most are nicely updated. The area is beautiful and lots of nice restaurants around plus good golfing. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short by 3 days due to the COVID-19 and my husband (a physician) needed to get back home. The realty company did refund our last 3 nights which was much appreciated.

Relaxing, Up Scale Maui Rental

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in a Kapalua Golf Villa. The unit was clean, modern with beautiful golf course views. It was close to the Montage Resort and the public access Kapalua Bay.

The unit was well stocked with cooking equipment and dishes. It says it can sleep 4, but since it is only a 1 bedroom, I think it is much better suited to 2 adults. Otherwise you will have to open the couch hide a bed which will then overtake the living room / dinning room area.
