***Spalling/Concrete Repair is completed in this stack. Entire building scheduled to be finished mid 2022. The rates reflect a huge discount depending on the impact of construction for your dates. Construction noise at times and construction site may be visible. However this is not affecting use of amenities. We had a fantastic trip back to the Mahana at Kaanapali where we usually stay on our Maui trips. This was a new room/condo for us and it met our expectations. This was a proposal trip and we had a great engagement trip. A few days of construction but not too obtrusive.

We have stayed in this condo many times and thoroughly enjoy the view of the Humpback Whales from the 10th floor. The ongoing maintenance has been challenging for the property owners but we understand that it is necessary to keep this beautiful place in good repair for the future.
