Oceanfront Royal Kahana Resort- beautiful, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 11th floor condo with incredible ocean views! From your lanai or living room, you can whales breaching from December through April! Photos do not do this condo this justice. This spacious unit is newly furnished with granite counter tops and new flooring to give it an elegant and clean look. There is a fully appointed kitchen with appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware, a blender, coffee pot, and more. The master bedroom has a new king bed and the second bedroom has an equally comfortable king bed. The condo includes a new sofa bed, making this the perfect place to accommodate up to 6 people. The 2 bathrooms are beautifully tiled and include a tub and shower. This incredible unit is air conditioned and has a washer and dryer!
Royal Kanana sits atop lush tropical grounds and offers a beautiful heated swimming pool, shuffle board, a fitness center, an activities desk, laundry facilities, free WI-FI and more!
The Royal Kahana is one of the highest demanded resorts on Maui. The location is prime, right on the ocean in West Maui. It is a short walking distance to restaurants, shops, banking, a fresh Farmer's Market, gourmet coffee stores, and more! Historic Lahaina Town is only a short drive away as some of the islands best beaches, popular luaus, Honolua Bay Marine Reserve, and some of the best surfing on the island!
*Note: Based on oceanic and environmental conditions, we can not predict the amount of beach front or the access to it at the time of your visit. Sometimes there is beach in front of the Resort, and sometimes there isn't.

Royal Kahana 1120

We stayed in this lovely 2 bed, 2 bath home for a week in October. It was a great view from the balcony of both the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. We enjoyed several sunsets on the balcony as well as the pool. It was clean upon arrival and fully stocked with everything we needed.
We contacted Epic Realty for a couple of minor details and they answered promptly and had great customer service.
Our only complaint was the parking. We tried to get our parking pass the day we arrived and the lady at the front desk said she was auditing and asked that we return in the morning to get it. In the meantime, we received a parking ticket on our vehicle that we had to deal with.

Perfect Stay!

This place was amazing!! The location was perfect! A nice quiet area of the Kaanapali area with a great pool and immediate beach access. The unit was in a perfect location in the complex with an awesome view and great balcony for morning coffee or an afternoon drink! The unit's furnishings were great and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!!
