Maui getaway in our 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath split level condo in West Maui! Our beautifully furnished condo has spectacular views of the ocean making it the perfect place to whale watch (during season). and view the sun setting over the Pacific Ocean. Brand new air conditioning with separate registers in each bedroom and living area. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, cookware, glassware, and everything else you need to make gourmet meals to enjoy on the lanai or at the dining room table. A washer and dryer is also available in the unit for your convenience!

Downstairs; the master bedroom, living room and kitchen have views of the resort, ocean, pool and a partial view of the island of Molokai. Under the stairway there is a children’s nook with an under the sea mural painted by local artist Jordan Keahi. There is also a second bedroom downstairs along with two full bathrooms. Second level features a 250 square foot loft-style third bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a half bath and closet. Ideal condo for a large family as it comfortably sleeps 8 people.

Master bedroom has a wonderful King Bed. The second downstairs bedroom features an equally comfortable Queen bed and the upstairs bedroom has two twin beds which can be put together into one larger bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for your use.

We are doing our best to keep you and our environment healthy! Papakea features 2 beautiful swimming pools, jetted spa, 3 tennis courts, 2 ocean side cabanas for entertaining, 2 putting greens, lush gardens, a 24 hour front desk service, poolside barbecues, shuffle board and ample parking. It is situated within walking distance to restaurants, a great grocery store, ATM, and an outdoor Farmers Market. It is a short drive to world class golfing, Whaler's Village, historical Lahaina Town, and phenomenal shopping and dining.

Papakea is a peaceful Hawaiian lifestyle low rise resort situated on 12.2 acres of oceanfront. The resort is a short walking distance to Airport Beach and a short drive to Ka’anapali beach. The lush landscaped grounds are immaculately maintained and adorned with various types of ginger, plumeria, ti leaf plants, monstera, and other tropical foliage. At dusk every evening the magical twinkling tiki lights are lit and reflect on the Koi ponds through-out the property.

Great condo, great location

Cozy beds, ocean views, nicely appointed, great location. The kitchen had was well-socked with dishes and cooking implements, plus a bowl of fruit, Kona coffee, tea, and pancake mix. There’s a market in walking distance as well as a big lot with food trucks, picnic tables, and string lights. Great for dinner if you don’t want to cook or pay the high restaurant prices. Other guests on the property were respectful. No loud parties or noise after 10. Wonderful for listening to the ocean waves and the palm trees rustling in the wind. An all around lovely stay, convenient to great snorkeling.

What al view!!

We loved most everything about the condo and the property manager was helpful when I needed items that weren’t included like Kleenex.
My only complaint would be that a little TLC is needed. The carpets,curtains, patio weren’t very clean some general maintenance is needed. I would definitely stay here again however. The pool and surrounding grounds are absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed seeing whales from our patio.

We had a great rental expierence. Everything was neat and clean. The one suggestion I have is to provide a cutting board and non stick pots and pans for the kitchen.

Gorgeous views and beach access on West Maui.

This is one of the few 3-bedroom condos we found and it was fabulous! The views, pool, hot tub and games on the grounds gave us lots to do while relaxing at our home base. Great location close to Lahaina and other beaches nearby.

K402 - perfect for our family

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean, comfortable and the just right size for our group of 6. The location was wonderful, and you can’t beat the view. We liked being close enough to walk to some shops and restaurants (Java Jazz was a favorite). Our kids enjoyed the putting green on the property, and liked having the choice between the pool or beach. The only thing I would have liked to have seen were some basics to help with cooking (salt, pepper, oil, etc.), as we shopped for several meals and cooked at the property. We appreciated quick responses to questions leading up to the trip, and we received thorough instructions beforehand. We would definitely recommend Papakea K402. Thank you!

Most of our units have a spice rack, however for liability reasons we cannot keep open containers of liquids (ie. cooking oils). Awesome condo - Beautiful View

Everything from start to finish was smooth sailing. Condo was perfect for our family and well furnished with boogie boards, mini-golf equipment, beach chairs and cooler. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Nothing beats the great view!! Shops, grocery and food trucks nearby. Very good location.

We had the best vacation and loved staying at Papakea K-402! It was clean, had beautiful views, fit our group of 8 people perfectly, had a fully stocked kitchen and had AC. We loved using the BBQ grills out by the pool at night and it was just overall a beautiful resort! We couldn't have had a better stay! Also very nice that there is an ABC store within walking distance as well as the food truck park.

Loved the Condo and Property!

Papakea K-402

Property location is nearly unbeatable, but it’s an old property and it shows (no central AC, older shower doors, slight odor). If you don’t need luxury new accommodations, this place is fine.
Thank you Jennifer. We are installing an AC system in the next couple of weeks. This is a brand new rental and the owner has done so many upgrades but still has a few wonderful touches to complete. You are right, for guests that want to spend under a 1000.00 a night for a 3 bedroom condo, on the Westside and in oceanfront location with a view this is a great choice.
