Beautifully remodeled ocean view one bedroom condo in West Maui about 6 miles north of historic Lahaina town. Everything you want and more, mere STEPS from beautiful white sand beaches and a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, local farmers markets and much more. This second floor unit has an air conditioned bedroom with a comfortable king size bed. Your fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to use right away. All you need are your favorite foods. The living room and patio have amazing beach and ocean views! Enjoy whale watching during the winter months and amazing Hawaiian sunsets year round right from your condo! You can swim and snorkel alongside turtles and tropical fish right from our beautiful beach!

Fantastic Stay at Kuleana 313

From the moment we walked into the condo we felt such relief knowing that everything detailed in the comments and pictures was 100% accurate. The unit is located in a very nice, beautifully maintained complex surrounded by flowering shrubs and extensive landscaping. Excellent pool and friendly, welcoming people on site.
The unit itself is nicely appointed and sparkling clean. But the star attraction here are the views from the Lanai. Amazing! We saw whales every day, all day, and turtles resting on the beach cove and near the snorkeling ladder. Probably one of the best views in Maui in this price range and for a unit in such excellent condition.
Terrific location close to restaurants and shops.
Great directions and follow-up by Epic Realty. We are very impressed with their professionalism and are already planning our 2023 return.

Kuleana 313 is wonderful!

We were pretty exhausted when we arrived after 14+ hours of travel. We had received extensive communication from Sandy and had great instructions on getting into the condo and what to do about parking. The condo was just as described and had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the chairs and various beach toys in the closet. The only negative was the bed. I think it may be time for replacement. Needless to say we did not dwell on that too much, we were in Maui! The Kuleana resort is well maintained and quiet. The location was good for us and the places we wanted to visit. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

|Everything was great for our week. Location is great. \good clean accommodations. Only minor issue was some mornings the roads traffic could be a little noisy, but not too noisy.

The unit is in need of updating. The last paint job was very sloppy, lot of splatter and overlap. Unit is very comfortable and view of pool and ocean are very nice. Cleaning crew needs to do a better job. Dirt under tables and in corners.

Maui stay

We enjoyed the location which was perfect for access to the beach and also has a lovely pool. We saw sea turtles and whales swimming in the ocean from our unit and on the beach, which was an amazing experience.The size of the 1 bdrm suite was okay for 4 adults. The pull out bed wasn't very comfortable. The bathroom is a bit dirty in terms of mold buildup in shower. Other than that the unit was a comfortable size and we would still prefer it to a small hotel room. We asked for help when we arrived aswe had no bedding for the pullout. The lady came shortly to supply us with the bedding which was a great relielf. I would recommend this unit but I hope that they will get on updating and cleaning that bathroom.

Lovely condo, beautiful experience

Kuleana 313 was just perfect for our 20th anniversary getaway. The kitchen had enough tools for us to eat in if necessary, and the fans and a/c in the bedroom were perfect. We loved sitting on the lanai watching the whales play in the ocean or enjoying a candlelight dinner at sunset. We saw sea turtles every day on the condo waterfront. The pool was the perfect temperature and atmosphere. If we come back to Maui, we hope we can get this exact same unit again.

Fond Memories of our Family New Years vacation

Our rental experience was great. I definitely appreciated the personal service that I received.
The condo was perfect for our family of four. We definitely enjoyed that the association had quiet hours after 10:00 p.m. There were lots of places to go within driving distance. A rental car is definitely recommended.
The condo was clean and we loved eating meals on the patio. The kitchen was fully furnished and the bar-b-ques by the ocean were nice. Who wouldn't want to bar-b-que and enjoy a glass a wine by the ocean.
Highly recommended.
We had fun zip lining through ECO adventures, paddling boarding, taking a cocktail cruise, and enjoying a Luau at the Westin.
Everyone was very friendly,

A Little Gem

I'll bullet point to make this easy to read
1/Located just above the pool but it was very quiet.
2/Beautiful view to the ocean from the balcony even though it wasn't directly on the ocean
3/Very clean with the exception of the fridge, it still had someone's wine and water left in it.
4/The corners of the fitted sheet came off every night. Maybe time to get bigger sheets
5/No washer/dryer so it's good for a weeks stay. I'm not one to use public laundry facilities so I won't stay there if I'm staying longer than a week.
6/We were given the wrong code to get in the door, the housekeeper gave us the correct code.

Overall this is a great unit. The grounds are immaculate too. I would certainly recommend this to anyone.

Wonderful location

I was very Happy with everything, Great location and nice view. loved the snorkeling and the turtles right on the beach. The only thing was the parking lot is right outside the bedroom and the traffic and people coming and going was a little loud but overall did not bother me too much but was definitely noticeable. I would definitely stay here again.
