Epic Realty is a full-service vacation rental property management company. Below is an overview of our services:
- Reservations – Epic Realty uses a fully-integrated reservation system called Escapia. Escapia is a top-of-the-market HomeAway software package that allows us to accept reservations and payments, communicate with future and current guests, monitor and coordinate all on-property services, and manage all guest check-in and check-outs.
- Customer Service – Customer care is of prime importance to us. The Property Manager (PM) and support staff are available 7 days a week via telephone and email to promptly assist guests and owners with any issues that arise. The PM and staff are also available to provide activity, dining, local event and service recommendations upon request.
- Rate Management – Our property management team regularly monitors the performance of each condo and adjusts nightly rates (as needed) based on occupancy level and seasonality.
- Property Inspections – The Epic management team oversees all property inspections after each guest checkout and ensures proper quality control measures are met at each unit.
- Maintenance and Repair – Epic Realty has a dedicated maintenance staff that oversees and ensures all units are in safe and proper working condition.
- Professional House Keeping Services – Epic Realty employs professional, licensed housekeepers. Our housekeepers are held to the highest level of hospitality standards and professionalism in the business. Each condo is inspected after each cleaning to ensure quality control measures are met.
Advertising and Marketing
- Third Party Affiliates – Epic Realty partners with a number of well-known booking agencies such as HomeAway/VRBO, AirBnB, RedAwning, Booking.com and more. All of our properties are featured and available to book on our partner sites in order to gain maximum exposure.
- Marketing & Social Media – Epic Realty’s in-house marketing team targets an extensive client base via email, Google, Facebook, Twitter, Linked-In and other channels to maximize exposure to our brand and our portfolio of oceanfront condominiums.
- Owners have access to an Owner Portal via Escapia. The Escapia Owner Portal system allows client’s to view current and future reservations, schedule a stay at their condo, and access financial statements.
Accounting and Record Keeping
- Accounting, billing and payments are managed in-house in collaboration with a certified Accountant. Owner statements are available through Escapia or by request.
