Cimi is the ultimate realtor!

She is knowledgeable, has a large amount of listings, and extremely professional. I bought a condominium with her help last year. This year, I was able to complete three 1031 exchanges in one month. Vacation rental, home, and a retirement dream condo. Cimi showed numerous possibilities and assisted in choosing the ones suited to my specific needs/requirements. She followed up on inspections and repairs, FaceTimed a walk through, and held my hand throughout three complicated closings! The personal attention Cimi gives her clients is not often found. Cimi is the real estate professional

Cimi was great from the very beginning, even before we got to Maui. She is very proactive and responsive to all our questions with informative answers. She gave us an analysis of the homes that were sold and currently on the market. She had our interest at heart, suggesting an offer to the sellers that was fair to them and to us. After a counter offer from the seller, we agreed on a purchase price that we were very happy with. We are now in the process of selling our NJ home, and moving to Maui soon! Comfortable condo in a great location

We stayed here for four nights in October, which wasn't a super busy time. The condo was very comfortable with a king bed, couch, and stools at the counter for eating. We found the unit in clean, good condition and the check in/check out process was easy. The location was great - right across the street from a grocery store, and an amazing breakfast place (Slappy Cakes!).

Beautful sunsets

We stayed in this unit for 6 nights it has been tastefully remodeled and redecorated. The sunset in the evening was gorgeous either from the lanai or a very short step to the beach, walked the beach every day. Helen was super accommodating also had laundry soap available in the unit. 6 days in Maui

My husband and I ended a 3 month ski road trip with a week on Maui. It was a great way to relax, rest, and get ready for our normal life once again. The condo was perfect for 2 adults and we really enjoyed the location. The coffee shop was just a short walk in the morning (very friendly staff who remembered our order after the 2nd day) and Boss Frog's was also a short walk from the condo. We rented snorkeling gear and booked our whale watching through them. Everything went really well. The staff at Royal Kahuna were friendly, helpful and "practicing aloha". We would definitely recommend this unit.

Great views and location in Kahana

The rental property was excellent. The unit was well-maintained, and the Honua Kai is wonderful. We spent a ton of time enjoying the beach and the gorgeous views of Molokai and Lanai. The view from the balcony isn't the greatest because of the construction next door, but having the balcony is a huge plus and you can see the ocean from it as well as the mountain. The doors to the balcony also open completely giving a nice indoor/outdoor feel to the unit. I highly recommend staying here!

The best condo ever! The whole family was so impressed!!!!

The Condo was so awesome and had everything and more! I will never stay anywhere else but at ?condo 812 in maui ! We had a wonderful time and the ??condo suited all the need of a couple or family with a baby! The bed was so comfortable and the view was amazing! I will be coming back home to maui every year to stay in ?condo 812 ! Thank you Maloha the Baratta's

All the comforts of home, but you are at the beach in Hawaii!

The Royal Jewel is in a fantastic location. Just down from the whalers village. The condo is very nice, clean and comfortable. We were in Hawaii for a wedding and even held a small bridal luncheon in the condo, and the kitchen has all the tools needed to cook what I needed to cook. We loved the grills down by the pool, and the ability to not have to go out each night and enjoy sitting around near the beach grilling out and watching the sunset. Would definitely come back again. Epic summer

Convenient, clean and classy. This property was amazing. We loved the convenience of being centrally located to multiple sites and the beach right out your front door was the icing on top. We loved everyday that we experienced in our " home away , from home. We have already looked into our next stay. Accommodated our family of 6 with no problem. Two thumbs up from us!

Fantastic family birthday

Kim Marie made sure that we had extra linen and air bed for this special family reunion/birthday. The condo has a spectacular ocean view with a large lanai and spacious living room. The fully equipped kitchen is well appointed and modern. We needed the king size bed with the grandkids. The pool area was perfect and fun for all but with the beach just a few steps away we couldn't decide where everyone wanted to be that day. Everything was clean. My older kids appreciated the free wifi and computer desk. We will stay there again and recommend this condo and management company to everyone.
