From the lanai, you can stare at the ocean, listen to the waves crash and watch the whales breach during the winter months. It is also the perfect spot to watch the green turtles swimming down below. This magnificent condo has a fully appointed kitchen for all your cooking and entertainment needs. The large bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed with a flat screen TV. The condo also features a flat screen TV in the living room and central air conditioning to keep you cool day and night. Free wi-fi and cable are included.

Our Maui vacation

We had stayed at this particular condo before.We really love this condo.The location is fantastic. We would love to own it.The grocery store and dining is very close to the condo also.We would love to just live in it.Everything you need in the condo is right there.There wasn’t anything that wasn’t there that we didn’t need.

Beautiful vacation

Place was amazing!! The location, the view, the quiet and relaxing, all made for a perfect vacation. The place was very well kept, not a super new and ultra modern building, but a very comfortable, quiet and safe home away from home. My only wish was the bed was a little more comfortable. But, I am picky because I have pain issues and sleep isn’t always easy for me. Although I definitely slept well because we went and did a lot of exploring every day (first timers to Maui). Not saying the bed is horrible by any means, but has a cream to it and hang the ultra plush I tend to like.

Practically over the water
The Maui Kai is an amazing location. I don’t think it is possible to be any closer to the ocean. There is no sand directly in front of the building, but beaches are a 1 minute walk away. The condo is fine, and could use a refresh. Interesting food trucks are in easy walking distance. My favorite part was that I heard very few people over the ocean waves.
This unit is truly amazing and I am so happy you were able to experience it. The sounds of the ocean and crashing waves alone, make this the best condo! Thank you for taking such great care of our condo. Come back soon!
