Our stunning, one bedroom/one bathroom suite has exceptional features including new stainless steel appliances, beautiful wood cabinets, granite counter tops, and new furniture throughout. The bathroom features a new wood vanity, sink, and clear glass shower enclosure.
From the lanai, the 180 degree views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai are breathtaking! Beautiful outdoor furniture is included making it the perfect spot for enjoying outdoor meals, sipping cocktails, watching spectacular sunsets, and relaxing to the sounds of the ocean. During the winter months, it is the ideal place to watch the whales breach.
This magnificent condo has a fully appointed kitchen for all of your cooking and entertainment needs. The large bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed with a flat screen TV. The condo also has central air conditioning throughout to keep you cool day and night. There is a second flat screen TV in the living room for your entertainment pleasure. Free wi-fi and cable are provided.
The Maui Kai Resort features a beautiful heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, free parking, gas barbecues, a poolside cabana with kitchen, laundry facilities, and much more. Maui Kai is steps from the water and a short walk on the Ka'anapali Beachwalk trail to many shops and restaurants. A grocery store is right across the street and there is a farmer's market within walking distance. Whaler's village and Kapalua Golf Course and Bay are just a short drive away.
NO SMOKING IN CONDO OR LANAIS. The state of Hawaii has a strict no smoking ordinance. Smoking allowed only in designated areas. Fines and extra cleaning are enforced.

Maui Whale Watch Trip February 2024

Incredible Views and Convenient Location

This unit is a must for viewing the ocean wildlife. We saw whales, turtles, seals, and even a ray swim by. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. The unit is very nicely decorated and very comfortable.

The condo was perfect! Clean, well decorated, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, spices, etc. best of all is the great view from the dining table window and lanai! Nothing better than falling to sleep with the sound of crashing waves! We have stayed at Maui Kai before and will be back to this unit! Love walking to Whaler’s Village or Maui Brewing. Very quiet complex!

Newly remodeled, well appointed corner unit with expansive ocean views. Dana, the property manager accommodated our early check in request so we could make it over to Wailua to meet friends for dinner. We had a problem with the A/C that was addressed and repaired immediately.

Very nice condo overlooking the ocean. The condo has everything you need for your visit . Beach chairs , water bottles , snorkel gear , plus a well equipped kitchen . The plus is a grocery store across the street and serveral food trucks close by . The unit was very clean . Parking & check in easy . The building itself is dated but the condo has been updated .m

Great quiet stay

Stay Here!
My husband and I went here recently for our Honeymoon and wow! We absolutely cannot say enough good things about this property. Very clean and well maintained. Properly stocked with kitchen supplies, beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc. We hadn’t thought of a couple things at the store that we would need like coffee filters and were happily surprised to find some in the kitchen already! From the lanai we were able to spot tons of whales/breaches, stingrays swimming below, and quite a few turtles! The location was amazing as you have lots of great places just a short drive away and you can access the beach boardwalk on foot! It was a little bit of a walk but we walked down to whalers village for dinner a couple of times and enjoyed going to dukes which was just a short walk on the boardwalk! If and when we come back to Maui we will 100% be coming back to stay here. Thank you for everything!

Comfortable condo with amazing view!

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Maui at this updated and well-appointed condo. The ocean view was truly amazing as we enjoyed morning coffee and sunset cocktails on the lanai. We were even treated to views of rainbows over the ocean including one at 10pm at night with a full moon! The only thing I might have liked was a couple extra blankets for the beds, but we were comfortable at night with the weather. I just enjoy the weight of an extra blanket.

We typically have extra blankets kept in the closet, we hope this was not too much of an inconvenience for you! We hope you slept well and enjoyed your vacation!
