Our beautifully furnished condo has all of the amenities you would want on a tropical vacation! The suite has a gorgeous ocean view and is fully furnished with elegant island décor. The kitchen and bathroom have been fully remodeled and will give you the comfort you expect from your home away from home. The kitchen is appointed with appliances, cookware, dishes, blender, coffee pot, etc. --- perfect for making a gourmet meal to dine in or enjoy on your private lanai. If you prefer cooking outdoors, you are welcome to use one of the ultra clean BBQ grills on the resort's lush tropical grounds. For your convenience, a washer and dryer is included in the unit.
From your Royal Kahana lanai, the ocean views will create a picture perfect for any postcard. The islands of Molokai and Lanai loom on the horizon and from December through April, there’s no better place on the entire coast to see whales spouting and breaching offshore.
* Please note: Due to oceanic and environmental conditions, we can not predict the amount of beach front (or access to it) that will be available at the time of your stay. Sometimes there is beach at Royal Kahana, and sometimes there isn't. This is an ocean front resort on a volcanic island.
The resort is a five minute drive to world-class beaches including Kaanapali Beach, Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay. It is a 10 minute drive to Honolua Bay is just a bit farther north and is a marine reserve that is a must see and snorkel destination!
The resort amenities include FREE WIFI, fitness center, a heated swimming pool, clean BBQ gas grills, and an activities desk.

Adorable and Clean Stay
Loved the studio unit 318. It was clean, loved the view, bed was very comfortable and it had a washer and dryer! The pool was great and is walkable to so many bars and restaurants! Just a few blocks from Maui Brewing and McDonalds for easy kid food options. And the beach access is right off the pool! We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for a couples getaway!

We really enjoyed our trip this year. The condo itself was updated, well maintained and clean. You could walk to the beach. We really appreciated having the beach chairs and the cooler as we used them for beach trips and the road to Hana. They also provided soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer which are all things that are hit and miss when renting off of VRBO. We also appreciated the snacks the first day. We would definitely stay again.

Pre Thanksgiving Escape.

Perfect stay for the two of us. We were able to see the island. Place and People were all fabulous. Honestly, it was the best snorkeling we found. Three huge turtles, eels, good size fish. Convenient to go into Lahaina but need to drive it. Highly recommend Duckine for dinner too.

Cute Condo

Good Stay at Royal Kahana Unit 318

The condo was clean and generally found it to be as shown/described in the info. that ultimately led us to book the property for a 4-night stay. It does seem like one of the 2 locks on the front door wasn't operational... just spun around when you tried to turn it to add what I believe was a deadbolt to the locking of the door.
I hope you enjoyed your stay in Maui and were able to experience all it has to offer. So happy you liked the condo and the lock on the door is an auto lock that closes. I hope you return soon

Lovely Studio!

This condo was absolutely fabulous! It is a hidden gem. You can walk to excellent restaurants like Miso Phat, China Boat, and Maui Brewing. It is away from the main tourist trap of Lahaina and Kapalua, but still only a quick 10 minute drive away. The condo itself exceeded expectations. The amenities were great. The personal touches were much appreciated. The bed was super comfortable. The ocean view was amazing. No issues at all with 318. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful, Cozy, and Comfortable

My husband and I had a wonderful experience staying at this place! It had everything we needed. We were able to cook, wash our clothes, and just relax. It was also conveniently located near the beaches. Overall, great value for money.

Loved having AC, had the flu for 3 days.
It would have been nice to an extra blanket for the spare sofa bed, due to the flu that one of us had, we did need to use it for a few days. Also a few more laundry soap would have been nice, I will bring extra pods next time.

Views, Oh the bed was like a cloud, the place was beautiful and so comfortable we found it hard to leave this perfect Condo. From beautiful floors to an amazing shower to all the kitchen items you could ever need and then some this Condo has it all! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and we spent many hours in deep refreshing sleep here! It was quiet and the view of the ocean from the lanai and bed were unmistakably the best part of this condo for sure! Not to mention the pillows and the softest towels we have ever had staying anywhere! The fan and A\C made it so cool and breezy although the breeze that runs from the ocean through the huge lanai was enough most days! The area is so quiet and the poolside was the perfect place to hang out all day until lunch...the bbq was spotless and we used it often for lunch and dinner it was always available and ready to go. Parking was in abundance. They had fresh hot brewed coffee in the lobby every morning which made it so perfect to just wake up pour one and walk to the oceanside to view the Whales. Right across the street is a brewery with awesome food and of course beer. There is also a market that we enjoyed poke bowls and great deals on all the souvenirs at the best deals like t-shirts and coffee and chocolates too!
The best part about our stay was Kim Lopez, I will forever deal with her when we decide to stay in Maui. She absolutely hands down is the nicest most wonderful woman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She hands down not only saved our holiday but made it the best trip of our lives...I will never stay in Maui without having her by my side! I just cannot say enough good about this condo and her!!
