It is the perfect place to watch the sun setting over the Pacific Ocean and see the whales breach and spout during the winter months. The condo has been upgraded and remodeled with beautiful décor and furnishings. The upgrades include tile throughout, cherry kitchen cabinets with granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances, remodeled bathrooms with granite counter tops, and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. Unit 282 at the Sands of Kahana is a highly sought after 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom direct ocean front penthouse unit. The oversized lanai is perfect for morning coffee and afternoon sunsets. We are so happy to know that you enjoyed the lanai, it is one of the things that make this penthouse so special. The view are nothing short of magical. We do our best to provide all the home away from home feels for our guest to enjoy during their stay with us. The grounds at the Resort are well kept and we are happy you enjoyed the amenities like the new pickleball courts. This condo is is perfectly located next to some of the best beaches Maui has to offer, great dining and shopping. We have stayed in many VRBO rooms and this was by dar the nicest place we have ever stayed at. The room views are stunning and the resort has just enough amenities but not too much to make it seem too crowded. Would definitely stay in room 282 again.

Perfect view and location

We have been coming to Maui for over 23 years. We love it, and have always stayed in resort style properties. This is the first time we used Epic Realty and this property did not disappoint. Everything we needed as a family of 4 plus mom, and location was fantastic. Kim, the property manager, was extremely responsive, and checking in and out was great. Incredible views!! This place exceeded expectations!
The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Pictures don’t do it justice. We enjoyed many meals and sunsets from the balcony. The place itself is spacious and very clean and comfortable. Will def try to book this again for future visits
